Well made and sturdy

Comparing prices with similar portions I was worried this one may not be sturdy. I was pleasantly surprised how well made it is. It is easy to install. I regularly change from my son's bike to my daughter's bike. They are different size bikes but work the same.

great idea - but doesn't work with a 20" bike

Manufacturer claims it will work with a 20" kids bike - but I have tried everything to get it to work and I just can't get my son's tire high enough off the ground to be safe. Max we can get is 2" and when he actually climbs on, it's more like an 1". I have a 26" GT mountain bike, my son has a 20" mountain bike. I wanted this for the safety of riding in the city - but I will be returning it. To be fair, for a smaller bike - I think it would actually work quite well. It is very sturdy and stores well on the adults bike when not in use.
