GET ALL 4 TORCH AND TONE SERIES WORKOUTSWelcome to the Torch and Tone Series. These 4 workouts are designed torch fat and tone your muscles with fun cardio segments and tough sculpting exercises. You will slide and box away those calories and use bodyweight and weights to chisel and define your entire body.THE WORKOUTS ARE:Box (34 mins): this is a fast paced, easy to follow boxing routine using light weights to define your arms and shoulders. Kick, punch and jump your way to a leaner physique with fun combinations that will leave you out of breathe! There are some jumps throughout, but you can modify to keep it low impact.Slide (43 mins): use your sliding discs and light hand weights to get the heart rate up and work the lower body. You will start with some flowing side to side combinations, then move into some targeted squats and lunges, add in some leg raises and lots of crouching squats to burn all those problem areas. Move to the mat for a tough plank and sit out series, then chisel those inner thighs to perfection before lengthening all the muscles with a stretch.Cardio Sculpt (57 mins): start with energizing boxing and kicking combinations that are tough to do, but easy to follow, then sculpt your upper body with barre style, light weights exercises before moving to the mat for targeted outer thigh work using a weight and then a short but fierce abs segment. Finish with a lengthening stretch.Weights (57 mins): after a fun aerobics warms up and some body weight squats and lunges you will move to using medium then heavy weights with varying rep patterns for all your favorite lower body exercises, there are squats, dead lifts, lunges, plie squats, side lunges and curtsy lunges. You will finish on the mat with a tough abs set and a stretch.Equipment: light, medium and medium heavy dumbbells (1lb, 8lb, 10lb), sliding discs (paper plates, rags)About the Instructor:Hi, I'm Linda - creator of Barlates Body Blitz.
