I ordered this item to replace my old teaspoons. These are longer handled and very sturdy and strong. I look forward to using them with my morning shakes as well as mixing drinks and for ice tea, And I wontand I wont have to worry if the glass is too deep for a normal spoon. I make homemade yogurt in 16 oz jars (5-inches in height) -- so multiple servings within each jar. Family members each claim "their" a jar -- and enjoy multiple servings with greater ease as the yogurt is consumed / level lowers in the jar. Also great for reaching dribs-and-drabs of other foods which are sold in deeper jars. The bowl size is slightly smaller than a regular teaspoon -- just perfect for enjoying ice cream and other creamy foods. Very practical. So glad to have found these at such a reasonable price.
