I do prefer the Express ones that should be taken off after 30 minutes and these require 60, but that's just because I like snacks. This is a 3-week course but I don't have 30 years of stains to remove, so I have been using for maintenance. Be warned that these will make your teeth sensitive, so make sure you're brushing with a sensitivity-reducing toothpaste before and after using these!

I will say, I wish the box was smaller. You get plenty, but the box is way bigger than necessary. It would be easier to store them if the box was smaller. But the product itself is fantastic!
