I have been purchasing these gummies for several years now, for myself, even though they are advertised for children. It is hard to find 1 mg Melatonin supplements, which is actually the highest amount of Melatonin people should take, (higher than that disturbs the bodies natural sleep rhythm and can shut down the bodie's ability to produce it's own melatonin). I discovered these when my 10 year old niece came to stay with me from California to the East Coast and her mom sent them along with her because of jet lag. I tried one of them one night a little bit before bed and it was "lights out!" I have never fallen asleep so quickly and soundly before .

Works fast, good taste.
My grandson takes it willingly, his NiteNight candy, so it must taste good. Not sure about how melatonin actually works but I can say this puts an energetic 4yo boy to sleep with 30 mins maxx! About 12-15 in and he starts ASKING to go lay down. Not sure if this is good or bad? But it definitely works. I've taken melatonin myself only twice and it gave me weird dreams, but he seems to have no issues with it. And while we don't use it regularly, it IS appreciated when he can't seem to wind himself down at night. With it, he sleeps through the night, waking up happy.

These definitely work. My kids call them the nighttime gummies. They help fall asleep but not necessarily stay asleep. I've also read it can cause vivid dreams. Not for daily use, just every once in a while. I use if we're on vacation and it's a new place that they are not comfortable with.
