This cheese is proudly made by generic cows.

One of the few large prepackaged blocks of cheddar cheese available in a grocery store. Normally a 2 lb block is the only thing available. This may not be a big-name cheese brand, but the cows that help make it don't know that. They do their part and you can have a Good tasting large amount of cheese at one the best prices!

this for kind of block of sharp cheddar cheese would have to be the best value that I have seen in quite some time. I keep two of these in my fridge cuz I'm cut them up into four squares and I use them on everything. My husband just loves cheese I do too but not as much as him. I would definitely say that if you want to save some money then I would buy the 4 lb block instead of the other ones.

Huge blocks to hand shred saves A LOT of money!!!

This is a fantastic value. I like to buy these large blocks and use the shredder function on my food processor. I can shred a few of these blocks at a time and put the cheese in ziplock bags. I freeze most and put some in the fridge. Shredding the cheese yourself saves you A LOT of money and I think it tastes way better. A little tiny bit of work at the start of each month saves a lot of money in the long run.
