For a gradual custom fit, place the orthotics into your footwear and wear them normally so your body heat can help mold the insert over a few days. For a faster custom fit, follow the heat-molding instructions by warming the orthotics in the oven, placing them into your footwear, and standing with your toes forward while the insole forms more closely to your foot shape.
