Mint Delight
Balm mint bush smells more earthly than the other mints like peppermint and spearmint, but when added to the diffuser with them it creates and nice blend.

Holy grail for coughs
I love Balm mint for cold season. It stops our coughs almost immediately! And the smell is very refreshing and uplifting. A drop or two on a tissue/ cotton ball next to your head while you sleep is perfect if you have any kind of respiratory issues going on.
