Griffin Survivor Earth All Terrain Case for iPhone 13 Pro Max - Storm Blue

I've used Griffin iPad and iPhone protective cases for many years. Naturally, I chose a Griffin Survivor Earth case for my new iPhone 13 (not a 13 Pro). This new Griffin case does not seem as sturdy or as well padded as prior cases, but certainly solves the “too smooth” drop-prone Apple iPhone finish which no one can hold onto. I assigned four stars due to the pesky little flap on the bottom of the Griffin case which is meant to hide/protect(?) the lightening jack port. This flap is too difficult to get open, impossible to open for older people with arthritis or similar hand use deficits in any age group. I elevated my case to five stars by cutting the useless flap thing off entirely.
