Cool technology for socks...However,

Polyester, spandex, etc fabric are a great combination for active lifestyles. The 'however' is that the top of the ankle has an extra band that feels like a rubber band around my leg. I'm a big calf guy. I would have been okay with no extra tight stay put up band.
