Hot Air Balloon cutouts

The quality of these cut outs is great. I like the colors and the size of these balloons. I have not used these yet this year. I plan on using them for our Hopes and Dreams.

great for beginning of year bulletin board to welcome children. Will put their photos in the balloon baskets when these come back from photographer.
