I bought two of these sinks for our master double vanity. We had a quartz countertop custom cut to accommodate them.
The first sink developed a small crack shortly after installation. Since the crack was in an inconspicuous spot that isn't exposed to water much, I sealed the crack with silicone and left it at that.
Now, after just 18 months, the second sink has developed a foot-long crack along another seam. As I am the only person who uses this sink, I know for a fact that nothing happened to it. This is simply product failure.
I reached out to Wells to make it right. They told me they can't help because I didn't buy it directly from their site. Guess I'm out $200 plus the cost of having a contractor try to remove and replace these garbage sinks with something that will last more than 18 months.
This sink is trash and Wells is trash. STAY AWAY!
