these are great

I purchased these shades for my home and installed them on windows throughout the house. I expected the installation to take longer than it actually did which was a pleasant surprise. I had a few hiccups with pieces and parts which is to be expected when you order as many as I did, but the seller was always very responsive and got everything fixed up for me. I use these with a bond hub which I have integrated into home assistant so my routines can take care of raising and lowering the shades on a daily basis. I'm *very* pleased with how that all functions so far. It's also nice to have a way to control the shades manually without tracking down the remote. I can't really think of any complaints. After installing 2 or 3, I got the whole process down and was able to just step right through the installation of each one and pairing it to the remote. I'd buy these again.Honestly, there really isn't any reason to need the "alexa/google assistant/whatever" bits inside of the motor for each shade as that would just add to the complexity for each motor. These shades really only need the smarts to talk to the remote and that's it. Keep it simple, keep it cheap.

Very Simple

Very well packaged. Easy to install and even easier to set up. Customer service must be in a different time zone according to time stamps on their email responses but they are prompt and helpful! They assisted me w/ a few follow up questions. I hope these last a very long time.

Perfect customized solution for remote controlled blinds

Couldn't have asked for more. But after installing, it was obvious the importance that you need double check all measurements and make sure what you enter in the order is measured based on what they need since these are custom and precise. For example, inside the frame or outside and make sure its within 1/8th of an inch. Write it down, then measure again to double check. Yoolax takes into account all of the offsets for brackets. It was super easy to install as long as you have (and are comfortable with) a drill. The instructions were easy to follow and.. wow, it lined up perfectly. Super satisfyingly to press a button and have the room go from super bright, to almost dark. Yoolax pre-programs the remote so the shade goes down exactly as far as you listed on the order form, which I did not expect and was pleasantly surprised about. I am ordering a 2nd for our bedroom now.
