It is compatible with all types of doors from bi-folds to pockets. This interior door latch comes with 3M adhesive tape.

It's easy to install and works pretty well. You can adjust gap, but the problem is even with the smallest gap it might be too big for a small dog. Would be nice if they had option to tighten more.
