The vanity itself looks nice online. However, the one I ordered arrived damaged. The box was smashed, the marble top had a chip and was not set level on the vanity. There was also a significant ding in the wood baseboard trim piece due to the large hole in the box. After six weeks of consistent phone calls, the item was finally picked up for return. weeks later, Two weeks later, Walmart says they have no record of the item being returned and I have yet to be refunded the $1700 . Walmart customer service has been friendly and seemingly helpful; however, no resolution after 7 weeks, over a dozen chats/phone calls and the item picked up by the freight company. Now I'm being told to call the freight company to try to figure out what happened to the item return pick-up that was scheduled through Walmart. No end in sight.
