Columbia Women's Powder Lite Mid Jacket

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new jacket! It took awhile to get here but when it arrived I was thrilled! Good quality and comfortable.

I was hesitant to buy this jacket at first as most reviews said it runs small. And I didn't want to have deal with returning it. Fortunately, in my case, I actually found it to be true to size. For reference: normally I wear XS-S in jackets and I found that the S fit perfectly. Initially I was going to purchase a M, but now that I have tried on a S, I know for sure the M would have been way too large in the mid section and arms. I don't normally layer with heavy clothing, usually just a thin undershirt. Although I could see where you may need to size up if planning to wear with a thick sweater. It's very flattering, form fitting, with room to move around. I'm 5'4”, 120 lbs., athletic/slim frame. Love the length. It hits me about mid thigh. I have broad shoulders, 34D and didn't find this restrictive in any way. It's lightweight, easy to pack. Perfect for travel. Kept me nice and toasty layered with a thin, long sleeve shirt. The dark stone color is lovely. A nice change from all the dark colored jackets I own. Have received many compliments. Planning to buy another.
