The shoes are very nice to look at and they fit well. However, they are not good shoes for working a 12 hour shift where you will be walking a lot. They offer no arch support and very little cushioning for shock absorption. By the end of my shifts, my feet would be hurting so badly, I could barely walk to my car in the parking lot. But, if you are not going to be doing a lot of walking or standing, then these are nice shoes for the price.
