Works great to ward off colds; very tangy orange

I like to take zinc when I feel one of my lymph nodes getting sore. I also take it if I visit somewhere where I feel like I may be getting exposed to a lot of germs. I enjoy this zinc supplement because it isn't such a high dose that it makes me uncomfortable taking it as needed. I especially appreciate that there are child and adult dosage instructions on the bottle, and the supplement form is easy for both to take. There is no added sugar, which is also very nice. I feel like these work just as well as a higher-dose zinc supplement I have used. The only thing I don't like about it is that the natural orange flavor is very, very strong, and it makes these rather tangy.

Tasty and Helpful

These chewable pills are actually quite pleasant to taste. They are citrus in flavor. I started taking them when my husband started displaying symptoms of a cold. I never developed his symptoms and remain healthy. I also didn't have any negative side effects. They were easy to digest.
