This is a sturdy, compact machine. Very easy to fold up to save space. Easy to put together. The advantage is that it is a MANUAL machine, so no motors or wires to worry about. However, I think it is better for younger people than older folks because as a manual machine with a fixed elevation, it might be too difficult to use. I use it a few minutes at a time, but I can't really use it for a half an hour. So, just understand that you have to understand your physical limits and what you want to achieve. For a younger, smaller person, I would say it's great!

Incline

the incline is a bit too high for me, but I put a board under it to lower the incline. It would be nicer to have something attached to the treadmill to increase or decrease the incline as needed with different people using it, or as you work up to that incline. Other than that, I am totally pleased.
