Both square holes are about a 32nd. of an inch too

Both openings on this receiver are about a 32th. of an inch too small. The bar fits perfectly into my truck receiver, my snowplow fits into my truck receiver just fine, but my snowplow won't go into this Roadmaster receiver. What am I supposed to do now?
