I ordered this item late on July 30, 2021 and Walmart sent a notification the next day that the order was ready and was shipped the same day USPS first class. The very next day I got an email from Walmart to tell me the order was shipped and would arrive by the end of the day on August the 12th. On August the 7th I got an email that my order was delivered by the end of the day. I went to the mail box and sure enough the order was there. I'm now in the process of downloading the Hearing aid app and installing it on my Samsung S5 phone. Lots of work yet to do. The package contains all the Hearing Aids,..extra Ear bud of all sizes, extra batteries, basic guide, plus instruction book for how to download and install the Hearing aid app to install on my phone and control the setup and testing of the hearing aids. Lots of work still to do.
