I really like the taste of these vitamins and I like that they are gummies - hopefully they absorb better than hard pills (they are more enjoyable to take anyway). I really like the taste of these gummy multivitamins; and I also like the flavors because I have allergic reaction to some other fruit flavors. My fingernails has started growing back from them being weak before but with taking better care of them and eating these vitamins they will be stronger.
