I love the gummies because its more like eating a little piece of candy rather than something that's actually good for you...%26 that guarantees that i wont forget to take my vitamins! The biggest problem is that they taste a little TOO GOOD! LOL I actually have to hide these from my adult kids!! LOL

I really like the taste of these gummy multivitamins; and I also like the flavors because I have allergic reaction to some other fruit flavors. My fingernails has started growing back from them being weak before but with taking better care of them and eating these vitamins they will be stronger.
