High quality non-stick wok with even heating
I bought this wok to replace my old Anolon wok that I had used for almost 9 years. This is a very high quality wok with a nice non-stick surface and cooks with even heating without burning the food. I have used this new wok for vegetable stir-fry, sweet and sour pork ribs, chicken dishes, tofu dishes, and many other types of dishes and it works very well.

I can use less oil
I can use less oil cooking on the non-stick surface. The 12-inch skillet is good for Chinese stir fry and Italian pasta dishes without making a mess in cleaning up afterwards. Highly recommended as I have been using it everyday!
