I have curly hair that I color lighter (I color it myself), and over time and in the sun, it has gotten very very blonde. Curly hair is already dry and susceptible to breakage, but then add hair color to it and it really damages it. My hairdresser told me that I needed to invest in products to repair my hair. Like right after using it. It repaired my hair and made it feel healthy again. They say to use it once a week, but I've been using it more.
