Simply bait the trap by placing Tomcat® Attractant Gel (sold separately) or peanut butter in the bait well. Place the trap facing a wall where you see rat activity, then press set-arm with your foot or hand - you will hear a "click" when it's set. Once the rat is caught, use the convenient grab tab to dispose. Always read the directions carefully. Never attempt to move this trap when set.
