Pretty, but arrived with 5 missing stones

Item arrived in a nice box with protective cushioning. I really liked this blue peacock rhinestone-hinged bracelet with a connector chain to stretch ring, but upon inspection, I noticed 5 missing stones. One is missing from the bracelet, one from the ring, and 3 from the connector chain. I checked inside the gift box to see if the stones fell out during shipping, (I would have glued them back in place since I like the item so much.) So disappointed.
