Ink Everywhere

It looked like a normal cartridge, until I took the end cap off to install it in the printer. Ink went everywhere. All over me, the printer, some paper, what a mess. Great deal on price but watch what you end up with.

Beware, there are two models for HP 564XL-Black, my first purchase was CB321WN works very well, so ordered another one, which came as CB322WN model, it did not fit in my printer. I had to return back to Sams.

Not told that the cartridges were refills.

Cartridges were actually HP cartridges refilled. When trying to insert they leaked and damaged the print head. Had to spend $50 to get printer repaired.
