Very sturdy solid bar

I really like this bar the only problem is you will need to wear work out gloves when using it or you will have sore hands. The quality is very good for the price.

It is tough, has good grip, rotates freely as it should, and it has some weight to it, which has allowed me to get to the next plate on my weight stack and break through a plateau I was stuck at. Exactly what I wanted.
