I ordered this as a gift for my mom. I chose this one because the dial and switches are large enough to see (larger than my digital metronome) and not as clumsy as my slide metronome. She loves it! Plus if you dont want to hear it just switch it over to the light only function. Seems sturdy.

Awesome metronome with powerful sound

I finally splurged and bought this metronome after going through a few knock offs on Amazon. The dial turns smoothly and easily. The only draw back is the sound is POWERFUL, which in some cases, is helpful. Most of the time, I just flip the metronome over so the speaker is against something and then it is fine. I love the options of having a bell chime for different time Signatures
