2 10" plus Scratches touched up before shipping

It had two aprox 10" large scratches across the bottom of the tank. The scratches had been covered up with touch up paint, so it was obvious it was a known issue they are passing to the customer. I considered keeping it as the function was not compromised, and it is probably just going to get nicked up from road derby anyway, But, I figured it is power coated, as advertise, to avoid corrosion over time, and Hey, I paid $400 bucks for this thing why should I have except damaged merchandise at full price. I returned it to our local Walmart. I reorder it as it is what I need. Internet searches bring up this same tank sold by many merchants. I fear the next one will be in worse condition, as it seems their quality control motto is patch it up, and hopeful it will be too big of a hassle, and the customer will just except it. Well Walmart is not hat far away, so I fell sorry for the poor FedEx guy having to keep luging this heavy things back and forth. Maybe if they get enough returns they will rethink their quality control. I can always write reviews every two weeks as we play this game. I would not recommend this item, but unfortunately I need it, and there does not seem t be many alternatives. Wish me luck.
