Great Chair for the price, good customer service

These chairs are great looking and comfortable. Impressed with Hayneedle for correcting a customer service issue and sending us a replacement chair after one we had purchase didn't hold up. Would definitely shop with them again.

Beautiful stools, but bad experience

The stools look nice, are comfortable, and come in one piece despite the product page saying they require assembly. BUT be aware of the headache you will get if you have a damaged or defective product. The wood leg split at the bottom of one of our stools and left a sharp jagged piece touching the floor before 2 weeks passed, I contacted the manufacturer, they wouldn't help. I contacted Hayneedle 2x before receiving a response. By that time, the stools in the color I ordered were out of stock. Customer service wouldn't agree to ship me a new stool once they were in stock, so I could return the defective one in the new carton. After days of arguing, I now received a refund, but still have a broken stool and no way of repairing it or getting a replacement to go with my other...
