I have been very satisfied with everything I have bought from Collections, Etc. They are very courteous when you call or have a problem and it is immediately resolved. I will continue to shop with Collections, etc. I did receive a phone call from a gentlemen who claimed that I owed Collections etc for a shipping fee of $5.69 and he wanted my credit card number. I told him all of my shipping with this company has been free because I buy so many things when I shop and I definitely do not give my credit card number over the phone to someone unless I know it is legitimate. I was concerned because he knew about a rug I had bought from Collections etc. and that made me a little nervous about what information he had or if he worked there. After I told him he was not getting my credit card number and to send me a bill if I owed this money, he told me to forget it, Collections etc would write it off. That is the only bad experience I have had and I do not blame that on Collections etc. Thank you so much for your wonderful items in your catalogs. I do enjoy shopping with you.

Just don;t bend over!!

I bought these for casual wear, gardening. When I bent over the 1st seam ripped. Then when I bent over again, the 2nd seam ripped. i bought 2 pair and have to sew both of them Otherwise, I like these.

These shorts were nice when they came. First washing, bled badly. Damaged several light colored items. Make sure you wash these royal blue shorts separately for several washings.
