It is a nice shelf, BUT... the directions need to be much, much more specific. I follow directions precisely, but had to undo multiple steps, multiple times, later on in the process to turn boards around and such. Now, unfortunately, there are some unsightly screw holes. went back and checked the directions again, but there was no indication to clarify such directions. I really like the shelf, just be VERY intentional as you put it together.
