great choice

I was very hesitant about purchasing this fire pit after reading some of the reviews but I purchased it and couldn't be more happy with it. The quality is good and it is very solid. It arrived undamaged which I was worried about and I took some advice and used black stove paint on the bowl and lid to prevent rust. We had many compliments on the looks of the fire pit while it sat in the garage. I will try to give any updates and pics in the near future but for now we are very happy with it.

Exactly what I was looking for!

This is my first ever real wood burning fire place and it's amazing! Light enough for 2 people to carry, strong enough for you to put your feet up on it, durable enough to withstand heat, and we'll crafted to fit in my design theme. I wanted to build a fire pit myself, but this turned out to be a great starting point because not only I didn't have to put the time and energy to build one myself, now I can even move it around if I have to. one recommendation would be to get a good cover for off season. even if you don't, this product is cheap enough for me to replace every 3-4 years if I want to/ have to.

Not as good as it looks

Really nice looking product but after a year the fire bowl had rusted out and the top edge oddly enough is not fireproof and the faux stone melted off. So we glued on real rock and that fixed one problem. When I contacted company to purchase replacement bowl they insisted on replacing the whole thing, couldn't have been nicer. Who knew, the thing was under the two year warranty! So just be careful, have very small fires but the company is great!
