Warranty information
Items Defective Upon Delivery-We guarantee all of our products to be free of any defects. If a product is received and does have any defects, the customer has 30 days from the date of delivery to report such defect. If it is determined that the item does have any defects, a replacement part or a full product will be provided free of charge. Please note that some of our items are made from natural materials and due to this, the product will vary from piece to piece. In this instance, the product is not considered to be defective. Items with Electrical Components- We offer a standard 1 year warranty on all of our products with electrical components. (Lamps, clocks, etc.) If an item ceases to properly function within 1 year from the date of delivery, we will provide a replacement part or replacement of the entire item free of charge.
