Valve Trim disapointment

I spared no expense when selecting my components. The valve trim arrived with an easy to see flaw in the finish. Indicates a lack of emphasis on QA/QC. The valve handle was loose and after tightening and rotating a few time the screw came loose again. I have added some thread lock, hope it works but I would never have expected that from such a "well made" product. Perhaps it's not so well made.
