I've had my ICE Polo for two years and have worn and washed it many times - color has held up well. The fabric has a substantial, quality feel to it, still looks good and dries really fast. The collar had held its shape and still looks clean and looks professional. Runs about a size bigger than I'd normally buy at a regular store.

This is a durable high quality shirt. The collar stands more upright so it gives a more professional look for work porposes. I like that the shoulder pen pockets are placed a little forward so a patch doesn't cover both pen slots unlike the 5.11 shirts. One thing I notice about synthetic material is it retains odor much more that cotton shirts but that would be the same with any brand you get.
