Your Joking !

Read the label. "Conductive" and remains so "untill dry". They do note not to use on live circuits. Folks perhaps a conduit in an eternally dehumidified and temp controlled environment will remain dry but anything subslab, underbround or outdoors will be wet. When you open one up they always are. Ask your local Sparky. You bet it is conductive I measured 500 kilo ohms with probes 1 cm apart in gel. And it is salty. So if you want your thhn bathed in seawater use this.
