Clarins Nettoyant Apaisant Soothing Gentle Foaming Cleanser Very Dry and Sensetive Skin, 4.2 oz

This seller did an excellent job, but here are my opinions of the product: This new version is TERRIBLE! I used the old version for over ten years and loved it. However, the new version is too thick and doesn't spread. I tried different spreading methods, but none work and I end up using SEVEN times more cleanser for each time I wash my face compared with the old version (I know this because I divide my face into 7 sections: forehead, 2 eyes, nose, 2 cheeks, chin /neck). After washing my skin looks dull and tight. It also feels tight with dryness. My skin is breaking out, too. With the old version I never had any of these problems. This new version feels like it is made for normal skin, NOT for dry or sensitive skin. I looked at the Clarins web page and tried to order samples of different products to replace this cleanser, but you cannot order only samples. I emailed the Clarins company and told them I was disappointed in their new version and their reply was basically “So what?” They included a lot of scientific jargon to try to convince me the new version is better, never-mind my opinion and experience, and they never said sorry for my inconvenience. After buying their product for over ten years, I don't appreciate them treating me like that. I don't understand why they add scents to their sensitive formulas anyways. The old version wasn't broken, so why did they try to fix it? The old version was perfect, but the new version is too expensive and actually ruins my skin. On top of that the Clarins company was rude. For these reasons, I don't recommend ANY product from Clarins
