Sublime Staycation Puzzley Treat! :)

Great puzzle, from an interesting aerial perspective. I really like the illustrations added to the 'photo-helicopter' sort of view. The box itself is fine, a little smaller than I expected, but that's actually nice for storage! The picture is detailed %26 somewhat colorful, though not overly bright. It has a lot of cheery blue and some yellow color hues in it. I know a lot of people do 1,000 piece puzzles. To me, that's very daunting, but many members of my family absolutely love puzzles like this and don't find it that challenging! This would be a great gift for someone who just moved away from New York, or used to live there as a kid, or who just loves the New York vibe! Also anybody who loves to travel or likes geography %26 architecture. The 3D depth of, for instance, the 9-11 Memorial is really well done. It really captures the spirit of that tribute. And I love how the Macy's Day parade is happening in the background! There are a lot of thoughtful details, like how the Statue of Liberty is prominent in the foreground, the bright ship sails, the American flags, the bright bronze bull statue, and the distant Broadway signs. It's very clever how the artist fit so many iconic and wonderful things about New York in one picture. And, yes, Yankee Stadium features in the very back, too! :) ...The dimensions of this puzzle are 20" x 27" (51cm x 69cm). Its illustration is done by Joseph Burgess. I would love to have a poster of this puzzle, that's how cool the artwork is! The pieces are nice %26 secure--exactly what you would expect from a prominent %26 beloved puzzle company like Bits %26 Pieces. If there is one thing I would change, I would have liked the back of the puzzle box to have writing on it and possibly a photograph of the illustrator. I would have liked to have read about him and also fun facts about New York and how he envisioned drawing it!
