Seller Verified Purchase

After I bought the first one, the side frame separated so I pressed claim. And after I got the second one, which is the claimed one, I can use it for 2 days. The side frame is brittle and cracked. I am very sad about what happened. I just wish I could use a good case. But on the contrary, it broke and cracked without my doing anything. Please help.

I have had cases from UAG before and each of them has been worth the investment. Never had an issue if my phone dropped or been concerned that something broke. This case really does protect the phone. Now, you will need a screen protector, but once that is on you will feel like your phone is bulletproof.

great quality and fast shipping

I ordered a case and two screen protectors and I have dropped my phone dozens of times and there are barely any scratches. And to top it all off I selected free shipping, and it said it would arrive friday and the not free shipping option would arrive thursday, but right when I placed my order it said "ARRIVING TUESDAY" and I was in shock. Five star roller coaster of emotions.
