Thank you Altra! I finally found shoes that my feet are happy. I have bunions - i really need the wide toe box. It is a little getting used to the zero drop - its all good. Im embracing it as my foot work is improving and my speeds are increasing. The solstice! wow i think i going to buy all the colors. I got the purple. WOW ! love them- they feel so soft and cushy and toes can finally spread! my feet are finally happy XOXO Please dont change this shoe! Im a big fan of the escalante and lone peak.

I broke the cardinal race day rule and ran a 10k in these the day after buying them at the expo. Not something I'd encourage, but worked out. Very comfortable fit, hardly noticed the shoes at all, which is what I really want in a running shoe. No blisters, hot spots, or weird spots, and ran a PR. Already ordered another pair!

Loving the Solstice

Loving this shoe. Bought it as a cross-training shoe which was to only be for the gym, but they are so incredibly comfortable and responsive that I've expanded them out to interval runs as well as around town. Going to have to get another pair. So light, not at all bulky, perfect fit. Only wish there were a sister shoe that had some tread so I could use them for trails as well.
