I like that it didn't upset my stomach. had a great price. I wasn't as hungry as I usually am like an hour after I eat it was like maybe 6 hours and didn't get an upset stomach like I do with some of the diet products that are out there. I am sensitive to medicine so I took like half of what it says to take and it worked really good for me so I recommend it or at least trying it also I haven't taken this very long like a week so we'll see how it goes from here.

Worth a try!

I like this product. Does it work? who knows~ it's probably a great placebo BUT there's not a lot of 'bad stuff' in it. White beans are a great source of fiber so at least there's that benefit from them if nothing else. I've been giving my hubby these before each meal, and like I said, even if it is only a placebo, it does seem to make him more conscience of what he's eating and helps remind him to consider his options. I actually like them. I feel more 'regular' on them, and again it's not hurting me, so if there is some benefit, I don't mind taking them. By the way, we've both had some weight loss since trying them. So worth a try.
