Product tampered with and diluted or counterfeited

The product is a counterfeit I've been wearing this type of cologne for the past 20 years. And also have several samples of it and smaller bottles. The top of the bottle was tampered with meaning one possibility it could have been dumped out and diluted or it was a simple counterfeit from Asia that they purchased the product from.
