Speaker looks nothing like ad Pictures

Speaker looks nothing like ad picture. THE volume on my I-phone is twice as loud without the speaker connected. The charging of device is not working properly. I could never recommend this item to friend nor foe. I am very dissatisfied with this product & NEED to return it go a refund.
