It may not be for everyone but this stuff works for me. I struggle with altitude sickness and with just forgetting to drink water. I also can only drink so much water before I feel water logged. I put this in my drink cup and in my hydration pack and my water intake triples. (Yea, I have to clean things often to fight the mold but it's worth it). I am so glad you are making the Cranberry flavor in the go sticks. I bought them for an upcoming vacation. They are super handy! They are a tad difficult to get into the water bottle - I always make a mess.
