If thawed, refrigerate for 10 days max. - Remove Sliders from plastic wrapper. - Place Sliders on a microwave-safe plate, with the bottom buns up, wrapped in a food grade paper towel with the open ends tucked under the top bun. - Microwave on a high setting for 20 seconds. - Turn Sliders over and microwave for 20 more seconds on a high setting. - Cool Sliders in the microwave for 1 minute and enjoy! As much as people rag on White Castle burgers these are as good as you can get on the west coast. Gut bomb or not these were a treat growing up in Minnesota. The only thing missing is the pickle. I half heat mine and then pop on a pickle slice for the last half of cooking. Darned near perfect. Fresh is better, but these will do.

I remember sitting at the restaurant tables with the music boxes, and while those days are gone, the flavor here is surprisingly close to those memories. They are a bit 'less neat' in the box than what you'd get fresh at the counter—automation has taken some of the precision out of the assembly—but the taste hasn't been lost to time. I keep these in the freezer for my kids. My oldest doesn't like cheese and my youngest is allergic to milk so these are kind of perfect. Quick snacks or lunches when I'm at work and they have to fend for themselves. They taste good too. I'm sure it doesn't compare to a fresh one. I've never been to a White Castle, but for cheese-free sliders from the freezer, I think they're good.
