Amodex is a great stain remover

We had a Sharpie Permanent Marker stain on our recliner. "Permanent" means it would be hard to get out. We got Amodex (first time trying it) and got specific instructions online from their customer service and we were able to get the stain out. Hooray!

This item was suggested to me for removing crayon stains that had melted in the dryer onto my clothes. I used a toothbrush to help circulate the product onto the affected areas of my clothes and it removed the melted crayon stains immediately. It is incredible. Before I was their teacher, my students used permanent markers that bled through the paper onto their desks. Their desks have light ash colored tops. They are made of. Some kind of laminate. Nothing would remove the stains. I don't know how long they had been in that condition. I did one treatment and almost all of it is gone. I will do a second treatment when we return to school. However, it did such a great job that it is barely visible. It also takes very little, so the bottle will last for a long time.
