Love the look of the shoe. They also fit true to size. However, I wore them around the house to make sure they were comfortable, and I noticed the top of the shoe rubbed on my ankles. I decided to try putting the zipper at only 3/4 of the way up, and it resolved the problem. Now they are quite comfortable overall, so I am still giving them a rating of a 5.
