Best customer service

Very easy to break. Cheap plastic. You have to be careful when put it together. Very expensive for what I got. Edited: best customer service!! After I wrote three stars review they sent me a new kite and a hand written letter. I support this business 100%

Awesome Kids Kite

Got this kite for my 4 year old daughter yesterday. She love it! The kite flies really good too. The only thing is I dont like the string and handle it came with. But a simple solution to that is I ordered separately a spinning reel with 600 feet of string on it... perfect!

A company that backs their product! Wow

This has been edited/adding the second paragraph. My daughter looked at many pictures online and she picked this one as her favorite! It is beautiful...but it came not put together correctly and the poles wouldnt even go in, so she could not fly it. It was unusable and a huge disappointment to her.After writing this review (but not actually reaching out to the company) we randomly received a new updated kite in the mail. They sent it to fix their mistake...stating in a letter that the kite has been updated with better parts to ensure the quality of their product. Im shocked. The kite now flies beautifully, my daughter is very happy and I have to say their customer service has blown me away!!
