Updated- Broke on the first day.

I received this on a great day to fly and it broke on the first day. My daughter was very disappointed BUT WITHOUT ME ASKING I was sent a replacement and now my daughter is so full of happiness. Customer service is excellent. I will definitely purchase from this vendor again. Thank you!

Best customer service

Very easy to break. Cheap plastic. You have to be careful when put it together. Very expensive for what I got. Edited: best customer service!! After I wrote three stars review they sent me a new kite and a hand written letter. I support this business 100%

Finally a kite that will LAST!

I was really hoping this would be great and it is. A little pricey but considering it wont tear up after the first use, at least Im not wasting any money. My 8 year old was able to assemble it on her own...super simple. Take off is great and flys like a dream and it crashed and still held together. Definitely a good purchase that wont irrate the littles....the most important part!
